Good to hear from you! I agree with you – the picture is harsh. Most of us would never do anything this severe to act out our anger, but some people need to express their anger with humor. Acknowledging anger helps us accept what has happened, allowing us to eventually release that pain forever. Because we are the ones who accept how we feel, no one else.
